An "extended abstract" is a manuscript similar to short communication of 1500-2000 words. This includes headings and format (of referencing and citation of tables and figures) similar to a research paper or review with references.
General Formatting Guidelines:
Single file to be prepared with title page and extended abstract file.
File name: should be the conference registration number_Title page and conference registration number _ manuscript (if your registration number is 0103, then your files will be named 0103_title page and 0103_manuscript file)
Font: Use Arial or a similar font.
Font Size: 12 points.
Spacing: One-and-a-half line spacing.
Word Limit: Between 1,500-2,000 words.
File Format: Submit in DOCX format.
Image Resolution: Images should be 300 dpi in JPEG format.
Figures and Tables: Include only one figure and/or one table (to be embedded in the word document)
Title page
Title
The title should be concise and informative.
Use a 14-point font size for the title.
Center the title at the top of the first page.
Authors and Affiliations:
List all authors' names directly below the title.
Include affiliations, complete addresses, and email addresses for each author.
Indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*).
Abstract
Provide a brief summary of the research or review (around 200-250 words).
Include the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
This section should be a single paragraph.
Keywords
List 3-5 keywords that represent the main topics of the paper.
Place these below the abstract.
References
Use superscript numerals in the order of occurrence in the text.
Follow the Vancouver style for referencing.
Ensure all references are complete and accurate.
Introduction
Introduce the topic and provide background information.
State the research problem and objectives.
Summarize relevant literature and highlight the research gap.
Materials and Methods
Describe the research design, methods, and procedures in detail.
Include information on materials, subjects, and data collection techniques.
Provide sufficient detail to allow replication of the study.
Results
Present the findings of the study clearly and concisely.
Use one table or one figure to support the text.
Ensure all tables and figures are appropriately labeled and referenced in the text.
Discussion
Interpret and explain the results.
Discuss the implications of the findings.
Compare with existing literature and highlight the significance of the study.
Address any limitations of the study.
Conclusion
Summarize the main findings and their relevance.
Suggest potential future research directions.
Acknowledgments
Acknowledge any funding sources, institutions, or individuals who contributed to the research.

Explain the significance of the topic in the context of existing literature.

Describe the criteria and methods used to select and review the literature.

Acknowledgments
Acknowledge any funding sources, institutions, or individuals who contributed to the review.
Submission
Follow the conference's submission guidelines regarding file format (DOCX) and image resolution (300 dpi in JPEG format).
Ensure the document is within the specified word limit.
Submit the extended abstract by the deadline indicated by the conference.
