Cancellation Policy

Up to 31^st May 2024, 75% refund of the registration fee.
Up to 30^th June 2024, 50% refund of the registration fee.
Up to 31^st July 2024, 25% refund of the registration fee.
No refund for cancellations will be given from 1^st August onwards.
All Refunds will be done after the completion of Conference.
Transfer charges + GST in case of cancellation will be covered by participants.
Telephonic cancellations will not be entertained. In case of cancellation, refund will be processed through Bank Transfer in 10 days after the conference. No enquiry will be entertained.
